This four-hour training on cultural competence is a framework that can be adapted to your organization. It includes information on implicit bias, understanding culture, and putting cultural competence to work on the job.

To make the training specific to your organization, we will work together to include details about your community and the work you do. You can then deliver the training yourself, or we can work together to compose a training panel.
